EMC announces "eemail delivery" as a part of Envi Express Delivery program in Santa Barbara.

EMC will introduce "eemail delivery" to businesses in Santa Barbara as a part of the Envi Express Delivery "Community Planned" program. The "eemail delivery" program will offer businesses the opportunity to distribute flyers and promotional materials to customers via the Envi Express zero emission fleet of vehicles.

The program will collect delivery and customer opinion data for the local businesses who participate.


EMC Tersus featured at Phoenix "Earth Day" celebration.

The Tersus was the featured all electric, low speed/ range vehicle at Phoenix' Earth Day celebration in downtown Phoenix at Cesar Chavez Plaza. Thousands of residents and business workers gathered at the Plaza to view new responsible products and hear business leaders make long term commitments to improve the air quality and quality of life for the Phoenix area.

The Tersus was escorted to its event location by 2 Phoenix mounted police officers. "This is a very unique look at the evolution of horsepower", was a statement made to the press, by EMC Founder/ Thomas J Miller. It was certainly an interesting photo opportunity as well.


EMC to launch EVOLUTION GREEN TEAM program on college and university campuses across the United States

EMC will visit campuses across the United States to introduce the EVOLUTION Green Team program for 2009. The Green Team program will bring students together from design, marketing and management studies to create a local source of information and input as to how EMC can work with campus and local communities to deliver quality all-electric vehicles into everyday use.

Participating EMC Green Team members will have the opportunity to earn commissions and funding for projects they direct or help create.


EMC Tersus charges up at SOLAR POWER INTERNATIONAL 2008

The EMC Tersus, engineered by Boshart Engineering, was awarded the honorable distinction of being the featured electric vehicle on the special event tour of solar installations in San Diego during SOLAR POWER INTERNATIONAL WEEK 2008. 17,000 attendees from all over the world converged on San Diego for the weeklong event, which took place October 12th through the 17th.

EMC in association with strategic partner, ENVISION SOLAR, displayed the vehicle at ENVISION's most recent San Diego installation at UCSD's, Gilman Parking structure, located central campus. The installation is a 9 MW solar design, featuring ENVISION's patented solar trees in a solar grove configuration. The Tersus was the only electric vehicle featured at this event and was chosen for its unique crossover design and high performance rating.


EMC to introduce solar powered charging stations in Phoenix and Santa Barbara.

The Evolution Motor Company is in negotiations to design, build and test solar shade structures and solar cabin charging stations for electric vehicles and light duty, electric maintenance equipment. The first units will be installed in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area and will be a part of a community pilot program to bring more electric charging facilities into operation.


EMC to Introduce "GREEN BACKS" rebate program

TERSUS makes Scottsdale debut with VIP treatment at the Arabian Horse Show

EMC To Market Boshart "Tersus"

Boshart Engineering is a highly respected automotive engineering firm with authority in vehicle homologation and C.A.R.B. certification. Boshart began working in Electric Vehicle integration in 2005, with the design of their first all-electric pickup truck, which showcased at the EDTA, in Vancouver. Santa Barbara, California. Moving Up To ZERO

The Electric Horsemen, "Changing the Landscape of the New West"

The Electric Horsemen are a group of environmental activists who intend to help bring all-electric, zero emission vehicles to the world of Equestrian sports and care. The group overwhelmingly endorses the development of EMC's "Equestrian" 100 and 200 models, which are due out later this year.



Vectrix, TOO Silent

Talks with Vectrix, USA have broken down due to failure on the part of Vectrix to meet scheduling commitments and unavailability of Vectrix's Maxi Scooter for demonstration to the public. "The Vextrix "Maxi Scooter" is a high quality, zero emission motor scooter which is enjoying very good success in parts of Europe," states Thomas J Miller, EMC's FOUNDER and CEO. "It was a perfect match for our zero emission delivery plans for cities here, in the United States, and in cities across the UK and Europe. We worked very hard, over a period of several months, to set up 2 major showcase programs for Vectrix in Arizona and California with strong interest from commercial clients and consumers.
